Wednesday July 28, 2009

This may not come to a surprise to many of you but driving faster uses more gas. No-brainer right? The amount of gasoline you burn equals the amount of admissions that you place in the atmosphere. Of course sometimes you are going to be in a rush to get from place to place, but if you’re already late, you’re not getting any earlier. It’s good to drive the speed limits because you are not only being a safe driver, you are actively trying to reduce the amount of emissions you are placing in the atmosphere over time. The less you have to fill up, the less emissions you are placing in the atmosphere! Get it? Got it? Good! Now you’re thinking green while driving!
